Soqucoin (SOQ) is a Proof-of-Work blockchain with its own genesis block, designed from the start around post-quantum signatures. ECDSA is removed from transaction authorization entirely: every signature is ML-DSA-44, the lattice-based scheme standardized in NIST FIPS 204, carried in segregated witness under the chain's own witness versions. Each block can carry PAT, a Merkle commitment over the block's signatures that every node verifies and that is designed to let nodes prune signature data after a horizon. The chain keeps the UTXO model and Scrypt mining, with AuxPoW merge mining from genesis under chain id 0x5351, so Scrypt pools can mine SOQ alongside Litecoin and Dogecoin.
